I have been working in the venture capital market since 2018, first in the Hiventures growth team, then in 2020 at Széchényi Funds.

Eddig 12 befektetést valósítottam meg és további 4 portfóliócéget kezeltem, melyek közül eddig 3 sikeres exit valósult meg.

My experience in the industry beyond the financial institution sector was based on my work as head of the Chairman and CEO Business Bureau of MVM Group and as the European Business Development Director at BARE International, an American-owned customer experience research firm.

I have previously worked as a consultant at Széchenyi Funds and the Informatics Venture Capital Fund Management Ltd., which belongs to the MFB group. I have served on the board of directors of MVM NET and on the Supervisory Board of the Smart Future Lab incubator, and I am currently a member of the supervisory board of CER Cargo Holding SE and Eprolius Ingatlan Plc.

I graduated from the Budapest University of Economics with a degree in economics and a master's degree in finance and business at the University of Essex.

At the beginning of my career, after Raiffeisen Bank's internship program, I also financed dozens of acquisitions and several M&A transaction advisory tasks on the buyer and seller side of CIB Bank's Investment Banking Business for 8 years and then I was the head of CIB Bank SME Credit Approval in southwest Hungary for 2 years. I continued to work in the restructuring and pre-workout area of MKB Bank real estate projects, then I moved to the capital side, the IT Venture Capital Fund Manager belonging to the MFB group, where I worked as investment director. I worked in the capital investment field of MFB-Invest Zrt., then from 2017 I became the investment director of the seed area of Hiventures and a member of the Magvető Investment Committee, where, with my leadership, the team implemented investments of over 50 pieces, while examining thousands of investment opportunities. I have been helping the Chairman and CEO of Széchenyi Funds for almost 4 years now as a CEO consultant.

In total, I have over 25 years of startup, SME and large corporate debt and equity side transactional corporate finance experience, having served as FB and IG member of dozens of companies. I am currently a board member of DM-Ker Plc, a listed company, OUVC Zrt., an early stage startup investment company, and chairman of the supervisory board of Cafe Frei Zrt. and Billingo Zrt.
