We have our own roasting and packaging plant in Szécsény, where we roast raw coffees imported from nearly twenty countries on three continents under manufactory conditions, which form the basis of our seventy types of coffee drinks. We built our bakery producing cakes and ice cream in Pásztó, supplemented with considerable freezing capacity. We currently provide work for more than 300 colleagues in our factories and cafes. We buy most of our raw materials directly from producers, both in Hungary and abroad. For us, this is Conscientious Trade.

We know almost every grower personally. We only buy green coffee from verified sources. We strive to add more and more organic organic coffee into our drinks and bring them to our roasting plant in Hungary without the profit of the resellers, that is, saving the wallets of our guests.

Thanks to the 1,6 billion HUF agreement with Széchenyi Funds, we have slowly become a food industry manufacturer from a catering service provider, and while we appear more and more prominently on the shelves of small circle, we have become the largest coffee chain in Hungary.

Customers can connect their invoice to other systems in just a few clicks and literally support their company with the latest technologies. With our platform, billingos get an online government to manage their company's corporate and finance in real time.

By raising capital, our goal was to become a digital business center that makes business management as simple as possible in entrepreneurial everyday life. On the share sale, the fund manager realized an internal rate of return of more than 70%, so more than four times the price gain overall. 

Gloster also came into business: last year we closed the most successful year in their history: our sales revenue increased by 30% and our profit after tax increased by 50%.

In the IT industry, it is basically difficult to grow organically. Every company already has IT. On the other hand, IT companies have a greater willingness to sell than in other industries. Gloster has made nine acquisitions in the past three years. The acquisition is emphasized even in our 2025 strategy.

The other strategic goal is to create IT development centers near rural university towns, where we intend to train professionals in cooperation with universities. The first development center in Pécs is planned to expand with 50 developers in three years and thus become one of the major players in the local IT market. The employees of the development center will be involved in the development of Western European software through Gloster GmbH (the recently acquired G-Plus Consulting GmbH).

The Széchenyi Funds apparently believe in the further long-term growth of the company, as it still holds the majority of its share package.

Today, the CER Group is present in seven countries (Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Austria, Romania, Poland), with 11 own and 8 leased locomotives, including 4 brand new Siemens Vectron, with nearly 160 employees.

Recognizing the importance of digitalisation, the Group is working on the continuous development of its own corporate governance information system (RIS). It is already used in Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. The following developments are currently underway:
