I have 25 years background as an investment banker, and I have been a senior consultant in a number of public and private corporate finance transactions (listings and sales advisory projects for companies). I have extensive experience in the following industry areas: companies interested in automation, software, medtech and \u201cBPO\/outsourced services. Over the past decade, I have worked for major international companies such as Daiwa Securities, ING Barings, Nomura Securities, Citibank, Egis Pharmaceuticals Zrt. and Grant Thornton.
